Hence my whole teaching consists of two words, “meditation” and “love.” Meditate so that you can feel immense silence, and love so that your life can become a song, a dance, a celebration. You will have to move between the two, and if you can move easily, you have learned the greatest thing in life.
The Osho Meditation Days are at Wilder St Studios, at (map:) the corner of Wilder St and Upper York St.

On Sundays parking on the single yellow lines is free so there is tons of parking space.
Please bring vegetarian food to share – can be simple, does not have to be elaborate.
Clothing and what to bring
Some Active Meditations involve dance or other energetic movement and require normal health and mobility. Please ring with any questions.
You need loose, comfortable clothing for movement.
It is recommended to bring a cushion to sit on. Optionally, bring a shawl or blanket, a blindfold and a water bottle.
